Welcome to Halo 360 Events. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
1. Booking & Payment

A deposit will be required to confirm your booking.

Full payment must be made 14 days before the date of the event.

Cancellations before 14 days will receive a 50% refund of deposit.

After full payment is made, booking is confirmed and no refund.
2. Event Services

We strive to provide high-quality event experiences but cannot be held liable for unforeseen circumstances (e.g., venue issues, weather conditions).

Clients are responsible for ensuring the venue meets our setup requirements.
3. Liability & Conduct

Halo 360 Events is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or losses incurred during the event.

Clients and guests must adhere to safe and respectful behaviour during the event.
4. Intellectual Property

All videos, photos, and content created at our events may be used for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested by the client.
5. Amendments
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
